Welcome TO Longbridge Chess Club!
Longbridge Chess Club welcomes players of all skill levels, from complete beginners learning the basics to experienced competitive players representing the club in matches in West Midlands leagues such as the Birmingham and District Chess League, and the Worcester League.
We are proudly ECF affiliated and focus on building a friendly, relaxed environment where players can improve their game, enjoy competitive chess, and meet fellow chess enthusiasts.
Our Chess Academy runs every Tuesday at 5PM for novices and newcomers, offering coaching, teaching, and support for anyone wanting to improve. The main club night begins at 7PM.
